We do not operate as a licensed travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, or transportation provider. We do not directly book flights, hotels, or other travel services on your behalf unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Our primary deliverable is a professionally crafted travel plan with recommendations and guidance.

2.2 Third-Party Services

Our recommendations may include references to third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, booking platforms, tour operators, and other businesses. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, availability, or quality of any third-party provider. Your engagement with any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and conditions, and Glorentis Journeys assumes no liability for any issues arising from such engagements.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your travel preferences, dates, budget, health considerations, dietary requirements, mobility limitations, and any other relevant details.
• Reviewing all travel plan deliverables thoroughly and communicating any concerns, questions, or requested changes within the designated revision period.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is determined based on the scope and complexity of the requested travel plan. Pricing details are communicated to clients prior to the commencement of any work. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms, methods, and schedules are established at the time of service engagement and must be adhered to as agreed. Failure to complete payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of services without delivery of the travel plan.

All fees paid for our planning services represent compensation for the time, expertise, and effort invested in creating your personalized travel plan. These fees are separate from and do not include the actual costs of flights, accommodations, attractions, meals, transportation, insurance, or any other travel-related expenses you may incur.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Glorentis Journeys website — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, icons, designs, visual elements, code, animations, and overall layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of Glorentis Journeys and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Travel plans and itineraries created for clients are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit any travel plan created by Glorentis Journeys without our express written permission.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any part of our website, content, or proprietary planning methodologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glorentis Journeys and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to:
